NOMS Otolaryngology specializes in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat and related structures of the head and neck, including the sinuses, larynx, oral cavity, and upper pharynx.

Ear, Nose and Throat Disorders

Evaluation and treatment of pediatric ear, nose and throat disorders including tonsil and adenoid infections, sleep disorders from enlarged tonsils and adenoids, recurrent and chronic ear infections, hearing loss, sinusitis, congenital neck masses, and head and neck infections.

 

Chronic Sinusitis

Evaluation and treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis including both medical and surgical options. Surgeons perform functional endoscopic sinus surgery, balloon sinus dilation, correction of nasal septal deviation, rhinoplasty, and removal of nasal polyps. We also evaluate and treat patients with allergies.

 

Thyroid Disorders

Evaluation and treatment of patients with thyroid nodules, thyroid cancer, hyperparathyroidism, and goiter. Thyroid and parathyroid surgery may be performed including minimal access surgery. Ultrasound evaluation of the thyroid and fine needle ultrasound guided biopsy are done in-office.

 

Chronic Ear Infections

Surgery for middle ear infections often means placing a drainage tube into the eardrum of one or both ears. It's one of the most common childhood operations.
