I was born and raised in Bridgetown Barbados, located in the southeastern Caribbean. My grandfather Sir Arliegh Winston Scott, BSc, MD, LRCP&S was part of my inspiration to be a physician. I attended my last 3 years of high school in St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada and then completed college, medical school, and residency in the USA. After practicing medicine in Barbados for a year, I returned to the USA after getting married. My wife Kelley and I have 5 children ages 8, 10, 15, 18 and 21. In my spare time, which is rare, I enjoy family sporting events, anything related to the beach, or a good movie, preferably in the superhero genre.
